Inner Peace

Within each of us is a place of peace, known as inner peace.

We return to this place while we sleep. 

All of our worries and concerns go away while we sleep. It is as though we reset ourselves to our natural state of well-being. This state can also be reached while we are awake through meditation. We are more peaceful when we remember that we are not our conditioned minds or limiting beliefs. A belief is a thought that you keep thinking.

During sleep and meditation, we are able to bring our minds to a place of stillness. This stillness allows us to see things as they are. We accept our part in the manifestation of everything that has occurred in our lives. 

If you have ever felt stuck and spent hours of your day trying to figure out a way forward with no solution in sight you will resonate with what I am pointing out here. 

Then suddenly out of nowhere while you are busy with something else, your attention is held by something totally unrelated, a solution appears! 

When we let go of the control that we hold over any subject, perhaps because we have a certain outcome in mind, a solution presents itself. 

The higher version of you wants you to win!

Letting go of whatever is plaguing you will bring about a solution for you. The trick is to follow where that solution leads with complete faith. So often we have thoughts appear and we dismiss them for whatever reason. Sometimes, later on, we recall that thought and say to ourselves: “I should have gone that route” or “If only I had listened to myself back then, I wouldn’t be in this current situation”

It is important in these scenarios for you to remind yourself to be kind to yourself and not berate yourself. Rather try to find the lesson that presented itself and learn from it. You are sure not to make the same choice again.

When we make our choices with the good of all in mind, we create blissful moments and memories to cherish.

Allowing the peaceful inner part of you to guide you throughout your awake state, will give you inner peace and lead you toward living a happy, joyful life.
